Director Monroe County Extension and 4-H Education Board; 30 year leader of the Golden Eagles

Richard assumed the leadership to the Golden Eagles  4-H club following his 4-H club membership in the club.  For 30 years, he helped 4-H members with sheep and other livestock projects along with encouraging youth to be active in community and state 4-H program opportunities.  Upon retiring from 4-H club leadership, Richard continues to help youth with sheep projects, served for many years as the county fair sheep superintendent and has served as treasurer for the County Fair Board for many years.  Richard is a loyal and dedicated supporter of University of Illinois Extension & the 4-H program! Many young people and adults have high regard for Richard's support and interest to help make the best better for many 4-H members over the years! He continues to be a great "4-H Clover" Friend!
