Illinois 4-H

Betty Fewell of DeKalb County is one of those loyal and dedicated 4-H volunteers that every county likes to have.  After 10 years of membership to the Kingston Juniors 4-H Club, Betty assumed position as club leader, a capacity that she has held for the last 38 years.  On the county level, Betty has been serving on the 4-H Youth Committee, where she helped develop a new county project award application.  Her interests in helping youth receive recognition also lead to the development of Top 4-Her Awards.  Thank you Betty for your dedication to 4-H youth!
