Jean Clanton is one of Jersey County’s most dedicated volunteers, serving the Bits-N-Spurs 4-H Club for 31 years. In addition to being a leader, Jean has served as a horse superintendent and Extension Council Member. Jersey County Extension Staff note Jean’s passion for helping 4-H youth and her willingness to always lend an extra hand.
