Larry Shelts of Schuyler County has given his time, energy and expertise to the Schuyler County 4-H youth for the past 31 years. He (and his co-leader) makes sure that all their members enrollments, entries, and records are completed and turned in before the deadline. He participates in all Schuyler County 4-H activities and makes sure that his club members are there to help also! He is a major fixture in Schuyler County! Schuyler County 4-H would not be where it is today without Larry! We can always depend on him!!! Thank you, Larry for your many, many years of service!!!
