Marie Payne of McHenry County has played a vital role in the successes of her 4-H youth by being an active 4-H volunteer and role model.  Marie has been a club leader, a county superintendent, a member of the Extension Council, is an active member of the Expansion& Review Committee and so much more!  Full of spunk, enthusiasm and genuine love for member's achievement, Marie Payne continues to give of herself to this program she truly believes in.
