Nancy Fulton from Jo Daviess County is just finishing her 30th year as a 4-H leader in Jo Daviess County. During the past 30 years Nancy has been a firm believer in the values and ideals of the 4-H program and has worked to teach them to her 4-H’ers. Nancy’s club has been active over the years taking the value of giving back to another level by creating a Relay for Life team 12 years ago and participating every year as well as raising funds to sponsor children through Smile Train. Nancy is a wonderful leader and example to all our 4-H leaders and volunteers.
