11 year member; 20 year club leader
Carolyn Willenburg of Effingham County, has been a life long supporter of 4-H and Extension. As a teenager, she was an IFYE exchange student to Brazil. After college, she worked in Tazewell County in Extension. After returning to live in Effingham County, she became a 4-H leader and an active volunteer at all levels of Extension. She continues to be very supportive in her role as County Board Chair.
