8 year memberp; 20 year leader of the Do-It-Yourself 4-H Club
Loretta Steber of Richland County has been a dedicated 4-H member and leader for 20 years. Loretta began her 4-H career as a member of a sewing club, then later helped to form the Do-It-Yourself 4-H Club. She later became the adult leader of the club and has held the position for many years! Loretta also shows her support to 4-H by volunteering to teach workshop, and judge projects at the fair!
