10 year member of the Sugar Grove 4-H Club
Kane County would like to honor Jeff Bornemann and thank him for his support of the 4-H program. Jeff currently serves as the Kane County Foundation President and, along with his wife, is responsible for helping to bring in over $40,000 in the last two years for Kane County 4-H with an annual pork chop dinner and fundraiser event. Jeff's involvement in 4-H continues to be a great asset and and the youth, volunteers, and staff appreciate all that you do to support the 4-H and Extension programs in Kane County.
