35 year leader of the CIRT 4-H Club
Judy Kruse of Tazewell County is a 4-H leader for a club of challenged adults and children. Her compassion and love for these people is so apparent. She is in the office often and is a big supporter of this program. She has put lots of time and efforts into 4-H. She is a wonderful person.
