Effingham County’s Charles Voelker has worked to increase public awareness and understanding of farming hazards to children, youth and adults in our county and surrounding counties for 50 years. He provides families educational opportunities and resources to make rural areas safe and healthy. Charlie is a motivator and empowers youth, farm families and communities to make positive changes regarding rural safety and health issues. Congratulations, Charlie!
