Jennifer Elledge of Edgar County is the perfect example of what a 4-H Club Leader should be.  Her expertise in all areas of 4-H is stellar.  As a 4-H Club Leader she is kind and caring towards all of her 4-H members.  She is always available to assist them in any situation, and her meetings are a joy to attend.  Her Club officers run the meetings while Jennifer participates in discussions regarding 4-H rules, regulations, and upcoming events.
