Diane Sinclair has been an active 4-H leader in Clinton County for 40 years. She was a 4-H member for 10 years before becoming the leader of 4-H Buttercups. Diane is well known in her local community and respected by other leaders. She also served as a General Projects Committee Member and continues to enjoy participating in enrichment opportunities for leaders, such a North Central Regional Volunteer Forum and local volunteer trainings.
