Kay Knapp of Iroquois County has been an active volunteer for the last 31 years during which she has been a 4-H leader for the Fountain Creek Stitch & Do club many of those years.  She has generously given of her time to be superintendent of the Home and Family area at the Iroquois County fair along with being an instrumental member of the clothing committee. Kay has assisted with the fashion board and previously served as Clothing Superintendent for nine years.
