Loretta Reifsteck of Vermilion County has been involved with the 4-H program for 52 years. While being a leader, Loretta has helped her club, Henning Spools and Spoons, participate in many projects and activities at the county and state level. Since 1984, Loretta and her sister Barb Weaver have managed the 4-H food booth at the Vermilion County Fair, which is a favorite for all the people who attend.
