Saint Clair County is proud to honor Mary Skittino as their Hall of Fame recipient. Mary has been the leader of the Horse Headquarters 4-H Club for 16 years. She is conscientious, enthusiastic, and leads by example. Her willingness to get the job done is what makes her 4-H club a great environment for the 4-H Youth of St. Clair County. In addition to being active in her 4-H club, Mary is very involved in her family, school and community.
