Illinois 4-H

Ten year 4-H member, Cindy Ellis is currently in her 27th year as key leader of the Smithfield Up and Coming 4-H Club in Fulton County. Cindy makes sure her 4-H club is active in their community, including holding a community Easter Egg Hunt every year. Cindy is a very caring, dedicated 4-H leader, who goes out of her way to make sure her members have all they need to be successful and have fun. Cindy’s children were 4-H’ers and her grandchildren are future 4-H’ers. 4-H continues to be a big part of her family’s life.
