Louise Shilling of Edwards County has been a 4-H leader for over 40 years. Louise and her husband Jack lead the Wabash Ramblers 4-H Club in Edwards County with over 25 members. She keeps active in the day-to-day club duties keeping paperwork in order, notifying members of upcoming events, and records turned in on time. Edwards County says they truly appreciate all of the hard work and dedication you have put in for the 4-H youth in Edwards County over the years!
