Bill Collins is a wonderful, long-time supporter of 4-H and Extension in Kane County. He has spent the past 9 years leading the Mooseheart 4-H Club as well as serving as a volunteer for the past 23 years. Bill currently serves as the Treasurer for the Kane County Foundation where he has helped raise large funds for Kane County through their Pork Chop Dinner and Fundraiser.
