Throughout his 48 years serving as the Limestone Leaders 4-H Club, Francis is a truly dedicated volunteer. He spends countless hours planning and attending 4-H shows along with serving as the superintendent of both the rabbit and horse barn. Francis serves as the Chairman of the Ag. and Youth Program Committee.
