oan has contributed her time and knowledge to the local Fayette 4-H program for over 30 years through various events. She has served as the leader of the Golden Harvester 4-H Club for the past 31 years along with serving as the secretary of the Fayette Co. Fair Association for 15 years. Joan has also been active serving on numerous committees including the Leadership Council and Livestock Committee.
