Susan Knapp has been a part of 4-H since she was old enough to join her mother's 4-H club in Stark County. She was a 4-H Congress Delegate in 1973, and she worked for Extension from 1974 until 1983 in various positions. While she worked in Marshall-Putnam counties, she authored the "Managing 4-H Volunteers" handbook which is used throughout the state of Illinois. Susan has held an officer position on the Marshall-Putnam Counties 4-H and Extension Foundation since 2002 to present, serving as Chairman since 2011. She has been a tremendous support to the Marshall-Putnam 4-H program.
