Jennifer Carter-James gives tirelessly to the White County 4-H program. As a 4-H volunteer, local foundation treasurer, and parent, she is one that will be the first to arrive and last to leave. She is an active 4-H alumnus, always going to work early or taking vacation time to attend 4-H events. She assists members with their cooking projects, and has taught workshops on baking and decorating. Jennifer is a blessing for all she does for her family, community, and White County 4-H. White County 4-H is blessed to have Jennifer Carter-James as a 4-H supporter.
