Dawn Bilhlmaier has been a valuable McHenry County 4-H volunteer for over 12 years as a 4-H leader and fair committee member. Her 4-H club can frequently be found at the retirement communities arranging crafts, games and activities for the residents. Dawn empowers youth members to pursue leadership roles and entrepreneurship opportunities.
