Carmon Conderman

Carmon has dedicated 15 years to Ogle County 4‑H, serving as a leader of the By‑Y‑Badgers 4‑H Club and as a six‑year member of the Ogle County 4‑H Foundation. Her steady leadership, creativity, and commitment have helped her club grow and stay actively engaged in county programs. As a third‑grade teacher at Oregon Elementary, she brings 4‑H into the classroom through hands‑on activities like Ambassador presentations and Wired for Wind, helping students discover new interests each year. A passionate advocate for youth, Carmon’s dedication makes her truly deserving of this honor.
