Deborah Weger

Deb has been the steady, inspiring force behind the Russell Community Club for 28 years. She is always the first to arrive and the last to leave, supporting members at every show and encouraging them to give their best with heart and effort. Beyond the fairgrounds, she leads meaningful service projects that teach youth the true purpose of 4‑H—leadership, service, and giving back. Her unwavering support, servant leadership, and passion for young people have shaped generations of 4‑H’ers. The Russell Community Club is stronger because of Deb and the legacy she continues to build.
