Jeanne Walton

Jeanne has been a dedicated 4‑H leader with the Winnebago County Tri River Tryers for 46 years, mentoring generations of youth and helping them build leadership and teamwork skills. She serves as Rabbit and Small Pets Superintendent for the Winnebago County Fair, judges record books in multiple counties, and assists with horse bowl and hippology contests. Jeanne is also deeply involved in community service, supporting organizations such as the Rockton Food Pantry, Make‑A‑Wish, and Winnebago County Animal Services. A lifelong advocate for youth, she has also led nationally as President of the American Belgian Hare Club for 16 years.
