I loved being a 4‑H member when I was young, and I always valued the leaders who shaped my experience. I knew one day I wanted to give that same gift to youth—especially my own children and grandchildren. Today, nothing makes me happier than crossing paths with former 4‑H’ers who share how our club activities helped them in life. Some now even have children in 4‑H themselves. Knowing those experiences stayed with them is the greatest reward.
