Nikki & Ryan Keltner

Nikki and Ryan Keltner exemplify what it means for 4‑H to grow leaders. Lifelong members turned dedicated volunteers, they returned as parents and quickly stepped into leadership roles. Ryan has volunteered since 2007, and Nikki led the Pearl City Hornets Cloverbuds before becoming Organizational Leader in 2021. Together, they lead countywide Livestock Judging and award‑winning Robotics SPIN Clubs, mentor youth—especially in the beef project—and consistently step up wherever needed. Their service, teamwork, and commitment continue to strengthen Stephenson County 4‑H.
