Tal & Mercedez Foley

Tal and Mercedez Foley have strengthened the Clark County 4‑H program for more than a decade through their leadership, service, and unwavering commitment to youth. Mercedez excels as leader of the Clarksville Co‑eds, creating a welcoming space where members gain confidence and skills. Tal serves as Swine Superintendent, sharing his livestock expertise and guiding exhibitors with care. Together, they have supported fair operations, the annual 4‑H BBQ, fairgrounds improvements, and countless youth programs. Having raised two daughters in 4‑H, they continue to model dedication, community involvement, and the true spirit of 4‑H.
